FAQ
Questions, answered.
How much space does it need?
The wall-mounted unit is 700 × 438 × 185 mm and weighs 25 kg, so it takes roughly half a square metre of wall plus a little room in front. Free-standing formats are available for larger spaces such as nightclubs, airport concourses and hotel lobbies.
What kind of wall can it go on?
Any wall that can safely carry 25 kg. Brick, concrete and masonry are straightforward; plasterboard needs fixing into the studs or heavy-duty anchors, which is why we ask for the wall material and a photo first.
Where can it be placed?
Indoors or in covered areas, protected from rain and sea spray. We find the best spot together with you.
Does it need Wi-Fi and power?
It needs a normal socket within reach, costing around €7 a month in electricity. The machine has its own built-in connection for card payments and reporting, so Wi-Fi is only needed where the signal at the chosen spot is weak.
Does our staff have to do anything?
No, zero hassle. The machine is fully automatic, takes no cash and needs no operating. We monitor consumption and refill it ourselves. All we need is access during an agreed window.
What about vandalism and wear?
The frame is robust anti-vandal metal with a glass front, built to sit openly in public spaces. The machine is our property, so servicing and repairs are on us, not you.
Can we choose the fragrances?
Yes, we put the selection together with you. You can ask for specific brands, or we can base it on what sells best, using sales data from our machines around the world. The finish of the machine can also be matched to your interior.
Is the machine certified?
Yes. It is manufactured and registered in the EU and supplied with every required certification and approval.
